·  Prepare the Surface:

• Clean the surface where the static cling will be applied using mild soap and water. Ensure it's free of dust, dirt, and oils.
• Wipe the surface dry with a clean cloth.

·  Wet the Surface (Optional):

• Fill a spray bottle with water and add a few drops of dish soap. Shake gently to mix.
• Lightly spray the surface with the soapy water. This helps in repositioning the cling and prevents air bubbles.

·  Position the Cling:

• Remove the backing paper from the static cling decal.
• Place the cling on the wet surface. The soapy water will allow you to slide the decal into the correct position.

·  Smooth the Cling:

• Once the cling is in the desired position, use a squeegee or credit card to smooth it out.
• Start from the center of the cling and work your way outwards, pushing any air bubbles and excess water towards the edges.
• If using a credit card, wrap it in a soft cloth to prevent scratching the cling.

·  Remove Excess Water:

• Continue smoothing the cling until all air bubbles and excess water are removed.
• Wipe the edges with a dry cloth to absorb any remaining water.

·  Final Adjustments:

• Check for any remaining air bubbles. If you find any, gently lift the edge of the cling near the bubble and use the squeegee or credit card to smooth it out again.
• Allow the cling to dry completely.
